Parents and youth outside of the entertainment business are unfamiliar with methods to best guide their activities toward building professional careers in today’s music industry. The pitfalls of lacking competitive skills or making misguided decisions can be hindering. Parents and youth connecting together with other parents and youth learn the benefits of collaboration, teamwork, shared challenges and victories. Harnessing the power of today’s music industry is an extraordinary vehicle to unite parents and youth.

THE EVENT / YOUTH MUSIC EXPO

       

Call for Entries Campaign targets youth age 12-29 through schools & media promotion. Registration is required by both parents and youth under the age of 18. The program is absolutely free. Audition details and regulations are available at WWW.YOUTHMUSICEXPO.com. Youth selections are based on audio, video and essay posted to the Official YME Youtube Channel. All submissions will be reviewed by an Advisory Board. 100 selected youth will be invited to participate in the program.

Zero to Hero Incubator / Artist Development Case Study is a collaboration enlisting teams of specialists that guide an artist in professional development activities from ground floor to success platforms. The International Music Industry Academy for Recording, Performance & Career Training is a state of the art recording studio, live performance venue, video stage and international music industry networking platform offering unparalleled solutions & resources to youth, artists and entrepreneurs nationwide. Technology and music industry specialists participate in training seminars, master clinics and artist in residence programs that advance knowledge, skills and career development opportunities to build and sustain professional careers in the music industry.

The Honorarium Awards offer support grants to the Academy for global music industry networking, international youth music educational exchanges, artist in residence programs and studio facility access for youth, artists and entrepreneurs to create professional demos, portfolios, recordings, videos and industry networking events.
